Sarawak Swimmers and Water Polo Teams Excel at National Championships

Sarawak is bursting with pride as the PASC Power Aquatics Swimming Club’s swimmers and water polo players have excelled at the 60th MILO/MAS Malaysia Invitation Age Group Swimming Championships 2025 and the 60th MILO/National Sports Council/MAS Malaysia Age Group Water Polo Championships 2025.

The spotlight is shining brightly on Bong Yi Xiang, Chereen Ngo YiRui, Elisha Lee Ern, Ethan Tan Kheng Hong, Eva Chai Ching Yi, Larissa Yii Ya Xuan, and Sheamus Chew Heng Yi. These exceptional athletes have earned their place to represent Sarawak at the upcoming national swimming competition in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, from 20-23 February 2025. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, proving that Sarawak is home to some of the best swimming talent in the country.

But the success doesn’t stop with swimming. Sarawak’s water polo teams also shone brightly in the national spotlight. The Sarawak Men’s Under-21 Water Polo Team claimed the championship title at the 60th MILO/NSC/MAS Malaysia Age Group Water Polo Championships. Their victory was a testament to their excellent teamwork, strategy, and determination to win. At the same time, the Sarawak Women’s Under-24 Water Polo Team also put on a stellar performance, finishing as the 2nd runner-up, earning well-deserved recognition for their efforts.
