The event was co-organised with the Bureau of Religious Women’s Movement, Batu Kitang Branch (N13) and featured a tazkirah session that reminded attendees of the deeper meaning of Hijrah — a migration toward renewed aspirations, values, and community unity.
“These contributions are not only financial aid but also symbolic of our ongoing migration towards building a better, stronger community,” said YB Dato Lo during the event.
The ceremony also celebrated the spirit of Maal Hijrah, encouraging positive transformation, unity, and development within the Batu Kitang constituency.
