PAHANG — In a move to foster closer interstate collaboration, Datu Hamdan Sharbini, Director of the Sarawak Protocol, Ceremonial and Event Management Unit (UPPANS), paid a courtesy visit to the Official Ceremonial and Event Management Division (BIPMR) of the Pahang State Secretary’s Office (SUK Pahang) on Thursday.
The visit marked the beginning of strategic cooperation between Sarawak’s UPPANS and Pahang’s BIPMR and SUK offices, focusing on enhancing working relationships and exchanging best practices in official protocol and ceremonial management.
Datu Hamdan was warmly received by Tok Muda Dato’ Bahazelan Osman, Orang Besar Enam Belas Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur, and Sharifful Hakim Suman, Chief Assistant Secretary of the Ceremonial and Official Event Management Division, along with several senior Pahang state officials.
This engagement sets the stage for long-term cooperation in organising state-level events, formal protocols, and ceremonial practices, reinforcing intergovernmental unity and administrative excellence.
