SK Hijrah Badong Silver Jubilee Marks 25 Years of Educational Excellence

DARO – Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Hijrah Badong has celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its journey of nurturing knowledgeable, disciplined, and competitive students.

The Silver Jubilee Celebration, themed “Carving History & Sowing Unity – 25 Years of Inspiration”, was held on Saturday and served as both a commemoration of the school’s history and a recognition of the collective success of its education staff.

Igan Member of Parliament, Ahmad Johnie Zawawi, officiated the closing ceremony and praised the school’s achievements over the past quarter-century.

He said the institution’s success reflects its continuous commitment to producing quality students who are prepared to meet future challenges.

He stressed that educational excellence is the result of close collaboration among all stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and the Parent Teacher Association (PIBG).

“SK Hijrah Badong’s success should be used as an inspiration to future generations to continue to achieve excellence,” he remarked.

Ahmad Johnie also highlighted the importance of unity, cooperation, and a sense of belonging as the foundation for building strong communities and human capital.

He expressed appreciation to the school, PIBG, teachers, students, and parents for their dedication and teamwork in making the Silver Jubilee celebration a success.

The event symbolised the school’s long-standing role in shaping a generation grounded in moral values and academic strength.

Over the years, SK Hijrah Badong has become a beacon of education in Daro, demonstrating how collective effort and shared responsibility can create lasting impact.

The Silver Jubilee not only honoured the school’s past achievements but also set the tone for its future, inspiring students and educators alike to continue striving for excellence and unity in education.
