The first MoU focused on talent development and workforce security, with the Sarawak Ministry of Education, Innovation and Talent Development (MEITD) partnering with the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) to establish frameworks for workforce readiness and social protection tailored to the aerospace sector.

A major tripartite agreement was signed between i-CATS University College, Unit Keselamatan dan Penguatkuasaan Sarawak (UKPS), and Turkish Aerospace Malaysia (TUSAS), aimed at strengthening aviation security, enforcement training, and aerospace technology transfer, linking academic outcomes directly to industry and national security needs.
