SIBU – The Director of JPJ Sarawak’s Meeting and Message Ceremony with staff from JPJ Sibu, Enforcement Station (SP) Stapang and JPJ UTC Sibu was successfully held on 5 February 2026 at the Anggerik Meeting Room, JPJ Sibu.
The session served as a valuable platform to strengthen working relationships, convey leadership expectations and outline the department’s direction in further enhancing service delivery to the public.
In his address, YBrs. Tuan Norizan Jili, Director of JPJ Sarawak, emphasised the importance of integrity, discipline, professionalism and teamwork in carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to the department.
He encouraged all JPJ personnel to remain committed, competitive and proactive in line with the organisation’s mission to provide efficient, people-centred services.
Also in attendance were Mr. Jelapin Entalai, Head of JPJ Sibu Branch; Mr. Langgie Nyareng, Head of SPK Stapang; and Mr. Dennis Dunggat, Head of JPJ UTC Sibu Office.
Officers and staff from JPJ Sibu, SPK Stapang and JPJ UTC Sibu participated in the programme, reflecting strong engagement across the divisions.
The gathering highlighted JPJ Sarawak’s focus on cultivating a work culture driven by excellence, integrity and customer orientation.
By reinforcing these core values, the department aims to ensure its services remain responsive to community needs while upholding high standards of accountability.
The ceremony is expected to serve as a catalyst for improved performance and closer collaboration among JPJ teams in Sibu and surrounding areas.
It also reflects JPJ Sarawak’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and strengthening public trust in its operations.
