SIBU – YBrs. Tuan Mohd Faizal David bin Jemat, Deputy Director of JPJ Sarawak, continued his series of working visits on 25 February 2026 by meeting staff at the JPJ UTC Sibu Office. The visit was aimed at reviewing daily operations and reinforcing communication between management and employees.
The Deputy Director highlighted the importance of ensuring that service delivery to the public remains efficient and effective. His engagement with staff was intended to strengthen teamwork and provide encouragement for maintaining high standards in customer service.
During the session, Tuan Mohd Faizal emphasised that two-way communication is vital for identifying challenges and improving operational processes. By listening to staff feedback, JPJ Sarawak aims to enhance governance and ensure that services meet the expectations of the community.
Also present were Tuan Mohd Ariffin bin Zaini, Deputy Head of the JPJ Sibu Branch, and Tuan Dennis anak Dunggat, Head of the JPJ UTC Sibu Office. Their participation underscored the collaborative effort within JPJ to support frontline staff and maintain smooth operations at UTC centres.
JPJ Sarawak has reiterated its commitment to improving service quality across the state. The department continues to focus on strengthening organisational governance, with customer satisfaction and road safety forming the core of its mission.
