The LCCMP is a key component of DBKU’s Strategic Plan 2026-2030 under the sustainability pillar. It also aligns with broader state-level aspirations, including the Post-Covid-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030, the Voluntary Local Report (VLR), and the Kuching City Local Plan (KCLP).
