SARIKEI – A woman sustained minor injuries following a collision between a car and a motorcycle in front of Methodist, Sarikei, on Thursday morning.
The Sarikei District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) received an emergency call at 7.33 am, prompting the deployment of the MyASPA-O Delta team to the scene.
Upon arrival, responders provided immediate medical assistance to the injured woman, who suffered wounds to her face, right hand and right shoulder.
After receiving initial treatment, the victim was transported to hospital for further care. Officials confirmed that the operation was carried out smoothly, with no complications reported.
Local authorities highlighted the importance of rapid response in such incidents, noting that timely intervention can prevent injuries from worsening.
