KUCHING – His Excellency the Sarawak Governor, Tun Pehin Sri, together with his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah binti Mohd Sanusi, welcomed relatives and family members for a breakfast gathering at their official residence in Petra Jaya on 19 April.
The occasion brought together extended family from Sebuyau, including Tun Pehin Sri’s cousin Encik Wan Dahlan bin Tuanku Hamid, accompanied by his children Encik Wan Abdul Halim bin Wan Dahlan and Encik Wan Suhardi bin Wan Dahlan.
Also present were Wan Dahlan’s niece, Puan Sharifah Jabidah Wan Hosen, her husband Encik Kasdi bin Sera, and their son Encik Mohd Aidil Adha bin Kasdi.
Other relatives included Encik Wan Hamdan Wan Drahman, Encik Supian bin Wan Ali, and his wife Puan Sabiah binti Mahadi.
The gathering also saw the participation of Sharifah Fariah’s daughter, adding to the warm family atmosphere.
Guests and hosts exchanged stories and reflected on shared family history, strengthening bonds that had not been revisited for some time.
The breakfast session was described as more than a casual meeting, serving as a platform to reconnect and reinforce ties among relatives who had been apart.
