DALAT – The Dalat District Civil Defence Force (APM Dalat) provided immediate assistance to families affected by a house collapse in Kampung Bakong, Oya, on 28 April 2026.
Following reports received by the District Operations Control Centre (PKOD), officers delivered Starter Food Kits (KMP) to the victims’ families.
The aid was intended to ease the burden of those impacted by the incident, ensuring they had access to essential supplies during recovery.
Authorities confirmed that the collapse occurred in the kitchen area of the house, leaving families in need of urgent support.
The Civil Defence team responded promptly, demonstrating their commitment to community welfare and disaster relief.
APM Dalat emphasised that such assistance reflects their broader mission of safeguarding residents and providing aid during emergencies.
The organisation continues to encourage the public to report incidents quickly so that help can be mobilised without delay.
The Civil Defence Force also reminded residents that they can contact the Dalat hotline at 084-867357, which operates 24 hours a day, for emergency cases.
