Founded in 2015, Dolce Chanticleer embodies Sabrina’s vision for spreading goodwill and cultural unity through music. The choir performs an impressive range of genres, from sacred music and beloved Disney classics to smooth jazz and iconic Malaysian folk tunes. Their performances have achieved international acclaim, including an impressive distinction in the Advanced Choral Singing examination by the prestigious Royal Academy of Music. Dolce Chanticleer is no stranger to SIFMA; they performed at the festival in 2019 and 2021 and continue to be a symbol of Sarawak’s rich cultural spirit.

The choir also actively engages with the local community. Every Christmas, Dolce Chanticleer carols at hospitals, shopping malls, and elderly homes, bringing festive cheer and joy to those around them. Sabrina’s dedication to nurturing new talents is evident in her studio, where she passionately inspires the next generation of Sarawakian musicians.
