MUKAH – The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Mukah District responded to a special service request on Saturday after receiving a report from a member of the public about a locked vehicle.
The incident involved a car whose keys had been accidentally left inside, leaving the doors locked. Upon receiving the call, the District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) quickly dispatched a team to assist at the scene.
Using specialised tools, APM personnel managed to unlock the vehicle without causing any damage. The operation was carried out smoothly, and the situation was resolved safely with no injuries or untoward incidents reported.
APM Mukah expressed appreciation to the public for contacting them promptly, which enabled the team to respond quickly and handle the matter efficiently.
The agency also reminded residents that its personnel are available around the clock to assist with emergencies.
