The department stressed that public awareness and fast action often play a key role in emergency outcomes.

Residents are urged to contact APM Mukah at 084-872814, available 24 hours, or use the national emergency number 999 during accidents or disasters. These lines connect directly to trained responders who can step in right away.

The unit continues to stand by its motto, “APM Mukah, Nang Steady,” a reflection of its steady presence during crises. Its message remains clear: when something goes wrong, call for help without hesitation.

Road safety remains a concern across Sarawak. Authorities continue to remind drivers to stay alert and act responsibly on the road, as quick decisions and careful driving save lives.
