KUCHING: A festive atmosphere enveloped the Ramah Tamah Aidilfitri Tabuan Melayu zone as approximately 6000 attendees gathered, marking it as the most significant event within the Demak Laut constituency.

Development Projects Galore:

The programme encompassed 10 zones within Kpg Tabuan, including Kpg Tabuan Lot 1, Kpg Tabuan Lot 2, Kpg Tabuan Hilir 1, Kpg Tabuan Hilir 2, Kpg Tabuan Lamak 1, Kpg Tabuan Lamak 2, Kpg Tabuan SPC, Kpg Tabuan Tengah, Kpg Tabuan Dani, and Kpg Tabuan Park.

In his opening address, Demak Laut assemblyman Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni underscored the significance of various development initiatives across the Tabuan Melayu zone. Notably, rural transformation projects (RTP) have been pivotal, focusing on enhancing community facilities. These projects entail the construction of recreational centers such as sepak takraw fields, futsal fields, and vending centers, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents and traders in the Tabuan areas.

“The total investment for all these transformative projects amounts to a commendable RM2.65 million,” remarked Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni.

During the jubilant festivities, Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni generously distributed duit raya to approximately 500 children who graced the event with their presence.
