Effective communication not only helps build trust with the community but also ensures that information is conveyed accurately and responsibly.
By equipping officers with these skills, JBALB Sarawak aims to enhance service delivery and strengthen its relationship with the public.
Participants reported that the course offered valuable insights into handling diverse communication scenarios.
The emphasis on emotional intelligence was particularly well received, as it provided tools for managing stress and responding empathetically to public concerns.
The organisers expressed confidence that the training will contribute to raising the overall quality of JBALB’s services.
By fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability, the department hopes to set higher standards in public engagement and organisational performance.
With this inaugural course now completed, JBALB Sarawak has signalled its intention to continue investing in staff development, ensuring that officers are well-prepared to meet the evolving demands of public service.
