KUCHING – Tuan Mohamad Faizal David bin Jemat, Deputy Director of the Road Transport Department (JPJ) Sarawak, carried out an official visit to the Kuching Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) on Tuesday to review the operations of JPJ public service counters.
The visit focused on evaluating the efficiency and quality of service delivery at JPJ UTC Kuching, ensuring that operations follow established procedures and provide a customer-friendly environment.
During the visit, the Deputy Director engaged with staff to hear feedback on challenges and gather suggestions for improving daily operations.
This reflects JPJ Sarawak’s commitment to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency across all public counters.
