Residents expressed appreciation for the gesture, noting that such programmes help strengthen bonds between government agencies and the local population.

The visit was not limited to delivering aid but also included meaningful interactions, with JPJ staff offering words of support and encouragement to the families.

Officials highlighted that the programme reflects JPJ’s broader commitment to community welfare, beyond its role in road transport regulation.

By engaging directly with residents, the department demonstrates its dedication to inclusivity and social responsibility.

The initiative also underscores the importance of government agencies in fostering unity and compassion during festive seasons.

Programmes like this are seen as vital in building trust and reinforcing the values of togetherness within society.

As Ramadan continues, JPJ Mukah’s efforts are expected to inspire similar initiatives across Sarawak, ensuring that the joy of the season is shared widely.
