KK Boy Helps Mother Win Perodua Axia in Lucky Draw at Suria Sabah

KK Boy Helps Mother Win Perodua Axia in Lucky Draw at Suria Sabah

KOTA KINABALU (Jan 5): In a heartwarming tale of luck and joy, six-year-old Mohd Zulfikar Al Fateh Mohd Fauzi brought immense happiness to his family when he helped his mother, Norazemah Nordin, win a Perodua Axia in a lucky draw at Suria Sabah shopping mall on Sunday.

The family, from Keningau, had traveled to Kota Kinabalu for some errands, including getting Norazemah’s spectacles fixed at the Robert T 1994 outlet. It was by chance that Norazemah was reminded by a fellow shopper about the lucky draw, which she had almost forgotten despite receiving a reminder message. “We decided to attend, thinking it would be a fun experience,” Norazemah shared.

To her surprise, her number was the first one called during the lucky draw. Alongside her son, Mohd Zulfikar, who joined her on stage, they joined the other two lucky winners. The excitement heightened when the lucky number holders were asked to choose a key, and the winner would be the one whose key opened the Perodua Axia’s door.

With a gentle nudge from his mother, little Mohd Zulfikar selected the right key, unlocking the car and winning the prize. Overwhelmed with joy, Norazemah exclaimed, “This is ‘Tuah Anak, Rezeki Tahun Baru’ – good fortune from my child, and a great start to the new year!”

The family, who have been loyal customers of Robert T 1994, couldn’t have asked for a better start to the year. Norazemah mentioned that her husband would drive their new car back to Keningau.

The lucky draw was officiated by the Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister, Datuk Ewon Benedick.
