KUCHING — The Kuching Heritage Lights & Floral Festival 2025 has turned the Pustaka Negeri Sarawak grounds into a glowing wonderland of colour and creativity, celebrating the city’s beauty, culture, and unity under the night sky.

Running from 4 to 12 October 2025, the annual festival features an array of vibrant light decorations and floral-themed installations that bring new life to one of Kuching’s most iconic landmarks. Visitors are treated to a breathtaking visual experience, with the area surrounding the Sarawak State Library transformed into a garden of glowing tulips, roses, rice stalks, and butterflies, each meticulously designed to reflect the state’s natural and cultural charm.

The event, open to the public for free, has quickly become a crowd-puller for both locals and tourists eager to enjoy the evening spectacle. Families, friends, and photography enthusiasts have been flocking to the site every night between 7.00 pm and midnight, capturing memories against the stunning backdrop of illuminated nature-inspired displays.
