Dato Richard Wee, president of the Kuching Hokkien Association, highlighted that income generated from the shop lots will be channeled into future sustainable initiatives and community services.

“The project began with an agreement signed in November 2013. Its completion reflects a decade of meticulous planning and collaboration with government bodies such as the Sarawak planning authorities, the Land and Survey Department, and local councils,” he said during the project’s handover ceremony.

The association expressed heartfelt thanks to Bina Puri Properties for their professional execution and government agencies for their steadfast support.
