Kota Samarahan – The MPKS LA Serve team successfully completed the work of repairing a road pothole in Lorong 7C, Taman Tiya Vista on 23 January following action taken following reports received from local residents.
The maintenance project is being done in response to concerns of residents while also creating a smoother travel feel and more pleasant environment for drivers and walkers.
Residents had previously raised this through formal feedback channels and the council’s service team acted immediately. The fixes were made in the company’s continued effort to repair its infrastructure and address public complaints promptly.
Local officials thanked the residents for their input and proactive feedback on community problems in daily lives, adding that people get involved in finding and solving local issues. The council reissued its commitment to the safety and convenience of neighbourhoods in the division.
The action is part of MPKS’s continued efforts to improve road quality and safety, not least in residential streets where potholes can damage vehicles and be dangerous for road users.
