MPP Conducts Routine Tree Maintenance Across Padawan

PADAWAN: The Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) is persisting with its cyclical tree pruning and maintenance at roadsides and public open spaces, showing its concern for public safety as well as the environment.

From an operational perspective, with the vast amount of administrative area under MPP’s care and control, the council’s landscape team establishes job priorities in accordance to regular inspection reports and sitewalk assessments.

MPP: This strategy guarantees that resources are spent where it is most required and that we have a similar standard of care in all of Padawan.

The plan, which forms part of MPP’s ongoing obligation to ensure the safety of those who live in and visit the borough, is particularly important where overgrown trees threaten road users or impede on public spaces.

Routine trimming is also an element that supports the town’s overall cleanliness and green-ness and is consistent with ecological sustainability objectives.

Our ground teams have been out in full force addressing reported areas and taking heed to community feedback, to make sure work kept flowing!

MPP has made it clear that working with the residents is key in dealing with problems and keeping public spaces up to snuff.

It has urged members of the public to continue supporting its work by raising concerns and attending community-based schemes.

“MPP’s mission is to promote a cleaner, greener and safer Padawan for everyone by all working together.” MPP stated.
