KOTA KINABALU – The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM) has officially expanded its fleet with the commissioning of a new maritime vessel in Sabah.
The naming ceremony, held at the Kota Kinabal Port on 25 July 2026, marks a significant step in enhancing the agency’s capacity to monitor and secure the nation’s waters.
The event was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Awang Alik bin Jeman, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN). He was joined by YBhg. Datin Che Norshina binti Mohd Hashim, who played a key role in the ceremonial proceedings.
