The highlight of the night was the presence of two well-known figures — YB Dato Ir. Lo Khere Chiang and YB Senator Dato’ Ahmad Bin Dato’ Sri Hj Ibrahim. Their attendance showed strong support for community traditions and celebrations.

Both leaders expressed their heartfelt thanks to the villagers for turning up in large numbers and extended their appreciation to the organizing team for making the event a great success. In his speech, YB Dato Ir. Lo Khere Chiang also took the opportunity to share the achievements of the GPS government, especially in improving infrastructure and welfare in the Batu Kawa area.

The event carried the theme “Sedolor kembali ke Padang Teho”, symbolising the unity of all, regardless of background. The theme echoed through the night as families, youth, and elders celebrated the spirit of Aidilfitri with food, performances, and warm conversations.

This programme was successfully co-organised by the JKKK committee and N14 Batu Kawa residents, showing the true strength of teamwork and community spirit. The 1446H celebration not only fostered togetherness but also revived traditional values among the locals.

With events like this, PBB continues to promote unity and harmony among the rakyat, strengthening bonds in line with Malaysia’s multicultural values.
