Sarawak Civil Defence Director Inspires Staff at PUSPA Meeting

KUCHING – On 5 February 2026, Sarawak State Civil Defence Director YS PPj. (PA) Mohtar Bin Samat visited the Sarawak State Civil Defence Centre (PUSPA) for a meeting with staff and members.

He was warmly received by Capt. (PA) Hasrol Bin Awi, Head of the Sarawak State Training Branch, along with PUSPA members.

The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between leadership and staff, while reaffirming the department’s commitment to delivering excellent service.
