KUCHING – Sarawak Government Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohd Abu Bakar Mazuki, received a delegation from the Sarawak Public Service Commission (SPANS) at the Sungai Sena Building on Friday.
The delegation was led by Datuk Kamri Affandi, who officially assumed office as the new SPANS Chairman on 1 August 2025.
The visit also served to introduce three newly appointed SPANS Commissioners: Datuk Ismail Ishmail, Datuk Liu Xianwen, and Dr Ahish Salleh.
Discussions during the courtesy call focused on strengthening cooperation and enhancing the roles and functions of SPANS in supporting the state’s public service sector.
Also, present were SPANS Deputy Chairman Datuk Antonio Anthony, Commissioners Datuk Jack Aman, Datuk Abdul Rahman Sebri Rog, and Secretary Mohammad Rofituya. -UKAS
