Firefighters extinguished the fire within minutes and left the scene after confirming it was safe. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Meanwhile, in another incident at Jalan Stakan in Kota Sentosa, a collision between a car and a van resulted in the car catching fire. The crash occurred at around 4.30am, but no injuries were reported. Firefighters from the Batu Lintang fire station quickly put out the fire.
