The fatal crash occurred when Fai’s Proton Saga collided with a Proton Waja, which is believed to have run a red light at the intersection. The impact left Fai with severe head and body injuries. She was rushed to Hospital Sultanah Aminah but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

She planned to return to duty in Sarawak… but God loved her more.
