Following the MEASAT visit, the Premier welcomed community and tribal leaders (KMKK) from Telang Usan, led by YB Dato Dennis Ngau, the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for N.77 Telang Usan. Accompanying the group was Datuk Gerawat Gala, Deputy Minister in the Sarawak Premier’s Department responsible for Labour, Immigration and Project Monitoring. The dialogue focused on community welfare, infrastructure projects, and rural development initiatives in the interior regions of Sarawak.

The day concluded with a courtesy visit from the Women’s Supreme Council of the United Pesaka Bumiputera Party (PBB). The delegation was led by Dato Sri Hajah Fatimah Abdullah, the Women’s Head of PBB. She was joined by Datin Sri Angelina Celestine Ujang, Deputy Women’s Head, and Datuk Hajah Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali, Vice Women’s Head, along with several council committee members. Their discussions centred around empowering women in politics and strengthening the party’s grassroots engagement among female voters.

These three back-to-back visits show the Premier’s commitment to engaging with corporate players, community leaders, and political organisations to strengthen development and unity across Sarawak. – Sarawakku
