Among the key projects are:

  • Upgrading Kampung Reteh Karas Multipurpose Hall – RM150,000
  • Construction of Kampung Tebedu Bung Padus car park – RM150,000

Dr Simon emphasised that these developments reflect the government’s continuous commitment to ensuring the well-being of rural communities by providing better facilities and infrastructure.

“I hope that these upgraded facilities will provide comfort and benefits to the entire village community involved. Residents should also take care of and make full use of them for the progress of their villages,” he said during the fund handover ceremony on Wednesday.

The RTP-funded projects reaffirm Sarawak’s dedication to promoting inclusive and comprehensive development, particularly in rural areas.
