Three Injured in Road Accident on Tanjung Manis Airport Road

TANJUNG MANIS – Three people sustained injuries following a road accident on Jalan Airport, Tanjung Manis, on the evening of 18 April 2026.

The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) in Tanjung Manis District confirmed receiving an emergency call from members of the public at 4.23pm.

A five-member team was immediately dispatched to the scene with an ambulance to provide assistance.

Upon arrival, officers found three victims inside the vehicle. The first, a woman, suffered injuries to her left shoulder and head.

The second, a man in his thirties, sustained head trauma and a fractured ankle. The third victim, who was driving the vehicle, escaped with minor facial injuries.

All victims were given immediate treatment at the accident site before being transferred to Belawai Health Clinic for further medical care.

Officials reported that the response was carried out swiftly, ensuring the victims received stabilisation before being moved.
