TYT Sarawak and Wife Attend 1446H Aidilfitri Open House in Satok

KUCHING, 2 April – The TYT Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah binti Mohd. Sanusi, joined the 1446H Aidilfitri Open House Ceremony at the HIKMAH Exchange and Event Centre in Kuching. The event, which took place at 12:45 pm, brought together a vibrant mix of state leaders, community members, and various dignitaries to celebrate the festive spirit of Hari Raya.

The open house saw the participation of key state leaders, including YB Jefferson Jamit Unyat, Deputy Minister in the Sarawak Premier’s Department (Bumiputera Law and Custom) and Assemblyman for N64 Bukit Goram; YB Martin Ben @ Maclaine, Deputy Minister of Food Industry, Commodities and Regional Development; YB Dr. Simon Sinang Bada, Assemblyman for N21 Tebedu; YB Kennedy Chukpai Ugon, Assemblyman for N66 Murum; and YB Encik Billy Sujang, Assemblyman for N1 Opar.

The event was made even more meaningful by the presence of the local community, with the people of Satok DUN showing immense warmth and hospitality. Their participation reflected the deep bond and sense of unity shared between the leaders and the people of Sarawak.

In his speech, TYT Tun Pehin Sri and Toh Puan conveyed their gratitude to the people of Satok for the warm welcome and hospitality. They expressed their hope that the spirit of togetherness demonstrated at the open house would continue to thrive, fostering unity and harmony within the state and the country as a whole.
