KUCHING – Car lovers, get ready! Fast Culture 25’s “Underground” prelude event has taken over Sarawak Plaza, turning it into a paradise for auto enthusiasts. With 200 jaw-dropping modified cars on display, this electrifying gathering is just a preview of the grand festival happening in May.

The event has attracted car fans from Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, and across Malaysia, putting Sarawak on the global car culture map. Fast Culture founder Adibazli Affendi shared that this year’s event isn’t just about cars—it’s a mix of motorsports, entertainment, and thrilling competitions.

<strong>An Auto Show with a Musical Twist</strong>

For the first time, Fast Culture has introduced live music performances, with Noh Salleh headlining the event, supported by Biak Ijal and Adruce Azman. The combination of powerful engines and electrifying beats has created an unforgettable experience for visitors.

<strong>Exciting Competitions & Prizes</strong>

Aside from admiring the stunning rides, attendees got to witness the Kenyalang Slingshot competition—a modern version of a traditional Sarawakian sport. Contestants aimed for precision in 23 shots, competing for cash prizes and medals.

Adding more thrill to the event, lucky draw participants stood a chance to win exciting prizes, including an electric scooter. Ticket prices for walk-ins started at RM30, while a RM50 ticket included one lucky draw entry.

The night’s grand finale featured all 200 modified cars rolling out of Sarawak Plaza in a spectacular parade through Kuching’s streets, leaving spectators in awe.

<strong>Fast Culture 25 Main Event in May</strong>

Fast Culture 25’s main event is set to take over Sarawak Stadium on May 3 and 4, with an expected crowd of up to 15,000 people. Headlining the music festival will be Hujan, Joe Flizzow, OAG, No Good, and more, alongside local talents.

The biggest highlight? A grand lucky draw where one lucky winner will drive home a Toyota Alphard, fully equipped with 19-inch Japan rims!

With 500 cars already confirmed for the showcase and a target of 1,000 cars, Fast Culture 25 is gearing up to be Kuching’s largest automotive festival yet. Ticket prices start at RM99 for a one-day pass, with special promotions available during the prelude event.

Also present at the event were MYSED permanent secretary Morshidi Fredrick, Kenyalang Slingshot coordinator Hamizal Rosli, and Fast Culture 25 music festival director Adib Azman.
