When firefighters arrived at the scene, they found that the fire started in the kitchen area. The fire involved a cupboard used to store food, and about 9% of the kitchen was burned.

However, before the fire could spread further, the homeowner’s son bravely took action and managed to extinguish the flames using household firefighting equipment. His quick thinking and bravery successfully saved the house from serious damage.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but initial reports suggest it may have been caused by kitchen equipment.

This incident highlights the importance of staying alert at home and knowing how to handle small fires before they get out of control. The Fire and Rescue Department also reminded residents to keep basic firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers at home, especially in kitchen areas where most fires start.
