Firefighters Quickly Contain the Blaze

Upon arrival, the firefighters found the car already engulfed in flames. The Fire and Rescue Team (PKO) quickly acted to control the situation, using a stream of auxiliary water from the machinery pump to extinguish the fire completely.

“The fire involved a car that was 100 percent burnt at the P-turn in the Kampung Sebaya area,” the statement from PGO said.

Despite the dramatic scene, authorities confirmed that no injuries or casualties occurred during the incident.

Cause of Fire Still Unknown

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. It is still unclear whether it was due to a mechanical failure, electrical short circuit, or other factors.

Meanwhile, authorities advise motorists to remain vigilant and ensure their vehicles are well-maintained to prevent unexpected fires.
