KUCHING, 24 April 2025 – In a heartwarming show of community care, Wisma Sarawak Badan Amal Tenaga Isteri-Isteri (SABATI) presented a meaningful contribution to the Sarawak Orphanage Welfare Board (PERYATIM) during a simple but impactful event held this evening in Kuching.
The donation ceremony was graced by YABhg. Datuk Amar Hajjah Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Haji Bujang, the esteemed patron of Wisma SABATI. Also present were several distinguished guests and committee members, including YBhg. Datin Siti Shorgayah Ahmad Zaidin, YBhg. Datin Nancy Kuyor, YBhg. Puan Nor Aishah Tan, YBhg. Toh Puan Hajah Hayati Binti Haji Ahmat, YBhg. Datin Hajah Noraini Binti Haji Hussin, and YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Sadiah Binti Haji Mohamad Ali.
This noble act is part of Wisma SABATI’s continuous welfare outreach, which focuses on supporting underprivileged groups in Sarawak, especially orphans. The representative from PERYATIM expressed sincere gratitude for the timely assistance, noting that the support will ease the daily struggles faced by the children and contribute positively to their overall well-being.
