He emphasized that youth should not become overly absorbed in technological entertainment at the expense of their personal, familial, and social responsibilities.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Betong Divisional Level Youth Camp @ Rakan Prihatin 2025 at SMK Saribas in Debak on Sunday, Datuk Mohammad Razi highlighted that a visionary youth is one who can discern valuable opportunities from distractions, thereby avoiding social ills and criminal behaviour.

He further outlined that noble personality traits include respectful conduct, mutual understanding across racial and religious lines, adherence to positive values in daily life, and maintaining good health and hygiene.

The deputy minister affirmed that government-led programs like the youth camp are designed to curb social problems among young people while nurturing their potential.

Although some may question the capabilities of younger generations, Datuk Mohammad Razi asserted that such initiatives provide a crucial platform for emerging leaders and experts to demonstrate their abilities. The event was attended by Betong Member of Parliament Dato Dr. Richard Rapu and other officials.
