APM Mukah Captures 1-Metre Cane Snake Safely

MUKAH – The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Mukah District successfully captured a 1-metre cane snake during an emergency operation on 28 March 2026, following a public report to the Mukah District Operations Control Centre (PKOD).

The snake was discovered by the side of a house, prompting immediate concern from residents. APM personnel were dispatched to the location and carried out the capture using the pincer technique, ensuring the safety of both the public and the officers involved.
