KUCHING – TEGAS Digital Village became the strategic venue for the TERAJU Aspirasi Outreach Sarawak 2026 programme on 13 April, reinforcing its role as a premier hub for Bumiputera business growth and ecosystem development.
The event was officiated by Sarawak Deputy Premier, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, who represented the Premier of Sarawak.
In his address, he highlighted the importance of strengthening platforms that empower Bumiputera entrepreneurs and support inclusive economic development.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy, Dato’ Indera Mohd Shahar Abdullah, alongside the TEGAS Board of Trustees led by Chairman Datuk Haji Len Talif Salleh, Secretary Datuk Abdullah bin Saidol, board members Wilson Nyabong and Madam Dayang Noorazah, as well as TEGAS CEO, Tuan Haji Udin Bujang.
Other distinguished guests included Dato Sri Haji Mohammad Naroden bin Majais, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Morshidi bin Abdul Ghani, and Mr Junady Nawawi, Chief Executive Officer of TERAJU.
Their presence underscored the significance of the outreach programme in fostering collaboration between government agencies, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
The outreach event focused on aligning aspirations with practical strategies to strengthen Bumiputera participation in the economy.
By leveraging the facilities at TEGAS Digital Village, the programme showcased how digital innovation and ecosystem support can drive sustainable business growth.
Organisers emphasised that the initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure that Bumiputera entrepreneurs are equipped with the tools, networks, and opportunities needed to thrive in competitive markets.
