Sarawak Governor Visit Raya Aidilfitri To Government Secretary’s Residence

KUCHING – The Governor of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, together with his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah binti Mohd Sanusi, continued the long-standing tradition of Hari Raya Aidilfitri visits by attending a gathering at the residence of the Sarawak Government Secretary, YB Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Abu Bakar bin Marzuki, in Siol Kandis, Petra Jaya, on Sunday afternoon.

The visit, held on 19 April 2026, was part of the governor’s Aidilfitri programme aimed at strengthening ties between the state’s leadership and civil servants.

His Excellency was accompanied by his daughter, Sharifah Fariah, and was warmly received by Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Abu Bakar, his wife Dato Hajah Baduyah binti Haji Bujang, and their family members.

The gathering was further enlivened by the presence of the Attorney General of Sarawak, Dato Sri Saferi bin Ali, who attended with his wife, Datin Sri Ema Fazilla binti Wan Aidulfitri.
