Putrajaya Corporation Benchmarks Animal Management with MPP

PADAWAN – The Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) welcomed a delegation from Putrajaya Corporation on 24 April 2026 for a benchmarking session focused on animal management and welfare.

The visit was held at the Regional Dog Pound Kuching and aimed to strengthen collaboration and share best practices between the two local authorities.

The delegation was led by Dr Mohd Helmi bin Abdul Hamid, Director of the Environmental Health Division of Putrajaya Corporation.

His team engaged with MPP officials to exchange knowledge on operational procedures, animal control strategies, and welfare standards.
