APM Mukah Responds to Emergency, Elderly Man Taken to Hospital

MUKAH – The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Mukah District responded promptly to an emergency call on 29 March 2026, involving an elderly man who was reported to be suffering from abdominal pain and weak limbs at his residence.

The Mukah District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) received the call from a member of the public, and APM members were immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the victim was found in the living room in distress.

Personnel carefully transferred the victim using a scoop stretcher into an ambulance, ensuring his safety and comfort during the process. He was then taken to Mukah Hospital for further medical treatment.

APM Mukah expressed gratitude to the public for contacting the agency, stressing that timely reporting is crucial in ensuring vulnerable individuals receive urgent care.
