MIRI – An elderly man has been ordered to pay a fine of RM 3,000 by the Miri Magistrate’s Court after pleading guilty to intentionally causing injury to his former spouse.
The sentence, delivered on 21 July 2026, included an alternative term of six months’ imprisonment should the fine remain unpaid.
