In a media statement released on Tuesday, HDC clarified that the houses in the project are specifically allocated to Heads of Household (KIR) involved in the relocation from RPR Limbang III (Ranggau). A total of 127 eligible recipients have been identified for the scheme.

The corporation urged the public to remain vigilant and avoid being deceived by individuals or groups claiming to offer the units for sale.

HDC stressed that all matters related to ownership or distribution of the houses are handled exclusively through its official channels.

To ensure transparency, HDC highlighted that enquiries regarding the project should be directed to its Marketing Section at 082-443-741 or through its official website at www.hdc.sarawak.gov.my.

The warning comes amid growing concerns about fraudulent activities targeting housing projects. HDC reiterated that protecting the interests of the people is central to its mission, and it will continue to take proactive measures to prevent scams and safeguard beneficiaries.

The RMM Ranggau Valley Project is part of Sarawak’s broader housing development initiatives aimed at providing affordable and secure homes for communities in need.

By ensuring that allocations are managed directly by the corporation, HDC seeks to maintain integrity and fairness in the distribution process.

This latest advisory reflects HDC’s ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in housing development, reinforcing its role as a trusted agency in delivering safe and reliable housing solutions for Sarawakians.
