Organised by the Healthy Heart Organization in collaboration with the Ministry of Unity and the Malaysian Information Department, the tour was divided into two main phases. The first leg saw 23 cyclists travel from Kudat, Sabah, to Batu Niah, Miri, while the second leg involved 25 cyclists who pedalled from Batu Niah to Kuching.

The event brought together 48 participants from Sabah, Sarawak, and Peninsular Malaysia, reflecting a strong spirit of unity and cooperation. The tour will officially conclude on Monday, with a final ride from Penview Hotel to Telok Melano, marking the end point of the 2025 edition.

Dato Sri Fadillah praised the initiative, describing it as more than just a sports event, but also a platform to foster a healthy lifestyle and strengthen national unity through shared participation across Malaysia’s diverse communities.
