BINTULU — More than 200 residents of Kampung Kuala Nyalau actively participated in a Community Environmental Awareness Program, organised by the Sarawak Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB), aimed at promoting environmental conservation at the grassroots level.

Highlights included a gotong-royong beach clean-up, a colouring competition for children, and a used cooking oil collection campaign. The closing ceremony was officiated by Dato Majang Renggi, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Port Development of Sarawak and State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Samalaju.
