As President of Pertubuhan Pembangunan Insan Sarawak (PPIS), Manjeet has been at the forefront of advocating for the most vulnerable communities. She also founded the Dawn Hope Care Centre, a sanctuary providing protection, dignity, and new beginnings for pregnant teenagers and women in need.

Manjeet’s contributions have been widely recognised over the years. She has received the Bintang Bentara Sarawak (BBS), Anugerah Kasih Wanita Harmoni 2024, Premier Social Activist Award Sarawak, and the Outstanding Women Achiever Award 2023, reflecting her unwavering commitment to social welfare and community empowerment.

Under her leadership, PPIS has expanded its reach to serve communities across Sarawak.
