Rock In The Jungle 2.0 Thrills Fans at Sarawak Cultural Village

SANTUBONG – The Rock In The Jungle 2.0 concert at Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV) brought unforgettable memories to music fans last night, proving once again that Sarawak is not only rich in culture but also a true hub for live music and entertainment.

This second edition of the annual concert gathered rock lovers in a lively celebration featuring electrifying performances by four well-known bands – Breathe In Ocean, Kotak, Hujan, and Gigi.

The stage opened with high energy as Breathe In Ocean delivered their progressive metalcore sound, capturing the audience’s attention from the very first note. Their set created the perfect momentum for the night ahead.

The excitement rose further when Kotak took over the stage with powerful and emotional performances. The Indonesian band’s hit numbers, including Dunia Hanya Milik Kita and Tak Pernah Setengah Hati, mesmerised the crowd, who responded with thunderous cheers. The scenic backdrop of Santubong added depth and emotion to their live act.

The highlight of the evening came when Hujan appeared on stage, instantly winning over the audience with their iconic indie tracks such as Jiwa Kelajuan and Muda. Long-time fans relived sweet memories while newcomers were drawn into the band’s signature rhythms. Vocalist Noh’s captivating voice left a lasting impression that defined the night.

To close the show, legendary band Gigi delivered an electrifying finale. Known for their timeless hits like Bisa Saja, My Facebook Terbang and Nakal, they brought nostalgia to loyal followers while keeping the energy alive until the last song.

Beyond the music, one of the main highlights of Rock In The Jungle 2.0 was its unique setting at the Sarawak Cultural Village. With lush greenery and a tranquil natural backdrop, the audience enjoyed world-class performances while appreciating Sarawak’s culture and beauty.

The concert continues tonight with performances by Nice Stupid Playground, Fearless, and Loudness, promising yet another memorable evening for rock fans.
