Sarawak Forestry Joins OFFSEAS Conference on Sustainability

KUALA LUMPUR – The Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC), together with the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS), participated in the OFFSEAS Conference 2026, held at Garden International School from 25 to 26 April.

The event, themed “Out There Together! Building Sustainable Programmes for All”, brought together educators, outdoor learning practitioners, and sustainability advocates from Malaysia and abroad.

SFC’s involvement followed an invitation from STATOS, which also extended participation to Borneo Adventure and Paradesa Borneo.

The conference provided a platform for exchanging ideas on how outdoor and environmental programmes can be developed to remain environmentally responsible, inclusive, and community-focused.
